I am very much pleased to write this review from the very start of project I felt real comfortable with the company. Mr. Frank was such a Christian business professional Advanced Construction completed the project in good faith and exceeded our expectation. The site supervisor Ken was also great! They just seem to have had a personal commitment and value in mind from start to completion. Great!! folks to work with and would recommend to anybody.
Mt. Zion Baptist Church was blessed with the extremely good fortune to have Mr. David Del Gallo’s Advanced Construction Services, Incorporated (ACS) construct the new elevator and restrooms additions to our main sanctuary building. The original construction was completed in 1918; and the new addition blends in seamlessly with the original building. ACS completed the new addition without interfering with Sunday worship services and various other events such as Bible Study, choir rehearsals, meetings and funeral services. Mr. Del Gallo and his on-site project managers coordinated the work of subcontractors and the elevator company to ensure construction proceeded in a smooth manner, and did not exceed cost estimates for the project. Throughout construction and even after completion of the project both Mr. Del Gallo and his on-site managers remained available to answer questions and promptly address any concerns. We are very pleased with the quality of construction and the professional manner in which Mr. Del Gallo and his staff handled our project.
There was complete cooperation, and they coordinated the remodeling to keep with the style of our southern colonial style home. Our renovations were quite extensive and they were willing to work with us and our suggestions in every way. Major renovation and demolition can be a nerve wrecking ordeal, but ACS made it as easy on us as it could be since we had to live in the other part of the home during all the work. We are extremely satisfied with them and their workmanship, and they stand well behind their work. That’s why we think ACS is “…simply the best.” We highly recommend them!
ACS did an exterior job for us and we were completely satisfied and when we decided to have a bathroom remodel done, we went back to ACS. The foreman for our job was on site when all subs came to work and in fact, we were out of town 7-10 days while work was being done and left house keys with him so that work was not interrupted. We are completely satisfied with the results of the project and appreciate the input from the ACS personnel who helped me make decisions based on their experience and who were willing to include me in the process. We would use them again without hesitation.

Advanced Construction Services just completed a major Master Bathroom Remodeling Project for us. Frank Humphreys and our full time Foreman, Norman Godwin, did an outstanding job for us.They worked to not only meet but exceed our expectations. Not everyone does what they say they are going to do, but they do. If for some reason they were going to be a little later than they said they would be, they called us. The key here is…they communicated with us. They were very conscientious about trying to keep our living conditions during the remodeling as clean as possible. The personnel at ACS had the courage and foresight to take on one of the most challenging historical restorations in Pensacola. They assisted me in renovating the structure that stands at 714 North Spring St., years ago. This structure was condemned by the city of Pensacola and needed to be demolished. However, with their experience and know how, you can drive by today and see what a fine structure it still is at 100 years old.
